Chef Akira Kishimoto and our team took home the silver medal last Wednesday at Canada's Great Kitchen Party held at BC Place Stadium! We had all been working very hard in the months leading up to the competition and were happy just to be part of it. Big congrats and thank you to our team who did an amazing job, our pairing partner Artisan Sake Maker, and our suppliers and supporters who came together to make it happen. We couldn't have done it without everyone's combined effort!
