Do you take reservations?
Reservations can be booked online through Tock.
Reservations can also be made by calling us at 604-255-5550, but please note we may not be able to answer at peak times
or respond to voicemail on the same day.
· Advanced reservations are recommended due to limited seating.
· We allocate 1.5 hours for reservations of two guest, 2 hours for three to five guests, and 2.5 hours for 6 guests.
If you would like more time, please speak to our staff and we will try to accommodate if possible.
· We cannot accept or make changes to reservations via social media messages.
· After 15 minutes, if guests have not arrived, the reservation will be considered a no-show and cancelled.
· As we require time to adequately prepare for the next guests, please do not be late.
· Due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate groups larger than 6.
· Please note that we do not have extra space to store guest's personal belongings safely.
· If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please kindly let us know as soon as possible.

Can we walk in without a reservation?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome! When you arrive please speak to our host.
Weekdays tend to have less of a wait and are best for walk in, and weekends typically have a longer wait time.

Do you offer kaiseki or omakase?
Kaiseki and omakase is currently unavailable.

How can I order takeout or delivery?
To order for pick up, please have a look at our to go menu and order by phone.
Delivery is available through UberEats.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in person.
We do not have digital gift cards at this time.
Do you offer gluten free, vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we do have some options. Please have a look at our menu online to see what is currently offered.
Can I bring my own cake for a special occasion?
We do have a selection of delicious desserts to choose from, however,
you may bring your own small cake if you have a reservation and have notified us in advance.
Cake fee is $4.00 per person in the group. Other types of food are not permitted.
Can I bring my own wine?
You may bring your own wine or sake if you have a reservation and have notified us in advance.
Corkage fee is $30, unopened bottles of wine or sake only. The limit is one bottle per group and cannot exceed 750 ml.
Other types of liquor or homemade beverages are not permitted.
Do you offer catering or buy-outs?
Sorry, we do not offer either of these services.
Are you open on holidays?
We are regularly closed on Mondays, and closed additional days for holidays.
Holiday closures may vary so it's good to check with us in advance.

· We follow up to date regulations from the Provincial Health Officer, Vancouver Coastal Health, and WorkSafe BC.
· Employees who are sick, at risk or showing symptoms of illness will not come to work.
· Masks are optional for guest.
