F.A.Q.

How long is the lineup?

Lineup and wait times may vary. Once you have seen our host or hostess, they will give you an estimated wait time and send you a text or voice message to let you know when your table is ready. We are busiest between 6pm and 8 pm, and on weekends.

What time is last call?

We usually take last order at 9:45 pm, but it can vary depending on how busy we are or time of year.

Do you offer omakase or kaiseki?

Yes! We have a limited number of our original kaiseki omakase (seasonal tasting menu)
available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Menu is fixed and no substitutions.
Price and menu change depending on ingredients available to us.

Can I make a reservation?

We have just recently started taking a limited number of reservations for Fall and Winter!
Reservations may only be made over the phone, so please give us a call after 4 pm.
No same day reservations, and group size may be restricted.
Please make sure to speak to someone to confirm your reservation as we may be busy
and not be able to check voicemail on time.  Reservation policy may change over time.

Do you accept large groups?

During peak hours, we may not be able to accept groups of 6 or more.
We will do our best to accommodate, but please understand that we have limited space and may already be at capacity.
We are not able to separate the bill for groups of 5 or more.
In the event that we are able to seat a group of 7 or more, there will be an automatic service charge of 18% added to the bill.
Please make sure the majority of your group is present and ready to order at seating.

Do you sell gift cards?

At this time we do not offer gift cards.

Do you have gluten free and vegetarian options?

We do offer some gluten free items but we have very limited vegetarian selection as most of our dishes contain fish or stock.
Gluten free and vegetarian dishes are marked with specific icons on the menu.

Do you offer a vegan menu?
Sorry, due to the nature of Japanese cuisine and sushi, we do not offer any vegan options.

Do you have any service charge for cakes/corkage?
Cake charge - while we do not recommend bringing your own cake (due to limited kitchen space we may not be able to accommodate) in the event we are able to, there is an automatic charge of $3/per person.
Corkage fee - Sorry, we do not allow outside alcohol.

Are you hiring?

We are always looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our crew!
We hire sushi chefs, kitchen cooks, kitchen helpers, dishwashers, and servers.
If you would to apply, please drop off your resume with a cover letter, availability and desired position.
